We strive to maintain high availability and performance:

• Target uptime of 99.9% for paid plans
• Planned maintenance windows with advance notice
• Best effort support response times based on plan level
• Service credits for significant downtime (Enterprise plans)

8. Data Security and Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yubix Ireland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
